Login credentials. The app uses login credentials issued to you through your clinic's portal. When you sign in, the app transmits these credentials to our backend server solely to verify your access.

The app does not collect your name, email address, contact details, location, or other personal information, and it does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use login credentials for a single purpose:

• To authenticate and authorize your access to the app's functionality.

We do not use credentials for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell, trade, or rent any information.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Credentials are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Credentials are stored securely on our servers, encrypted at rest
• Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel

5. Data Retention and Deletion

5.1 Data Retention

The app uses login credentials to authenticate a user's access. Credentials remain valid only while the user is authorized by their clinic. When a user is no longer associated with the clinic, their access is revoked by an administrator through the portal, and the associated credentials are deleted from our systems within 30 days.

5.2 Data Deletion

Access and credentials are managed by the clinic's administrator. To request deletion, contact your clinic administrator or email us at [email protected]. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights, safety, or property
• With trusted infrastructure providers that host our backend, under confidentiality obligations, strictly to operate the service

• Access the credentials data associated with your account
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
